Joss Richard is an AAPI Emmy Award winning Producer, Digital Content Creator & Strategist, and founder & CEO of Margot Community.

Joss Richard is an AAPI Emmy Award winning Producer, born and raised in Toronto where she worked as a Television Producer before moving to Los Angeles. At the age of 28, Joss has been formally recognized by the Daytime Emmy Awards and worked at Netflix, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Walt Disney Company, and recently joined the team at Red Table Talk. She specializes in creating digital content and managing content strategy.

During the pandemic, Joss entered the entrepreneurial world when she realized there was a gap in women’s access to mentorship, and how many women struggle to ask for compensation for their time and knowledge. With that, she founded  Margot Community: an inclusive online network that helps women and gender-marginalized individuals find mentors while providing virtual 1:1 time with them. Her mission is to normalize the concept of women being paid for their time and knowledge while building a community that revolves around access to mentorship.
